Recipe: Christmas Pot RoastOven: 220°

Ingredients
  • 4-5 lb bone-in chuck roast
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, cut in half
  • 1 hand full carrots
  • 4 shakes basil
  • Black pepper
  • 1 (12oz) can Bud Lite
How to prepare
Pour beer over roast. Season roast and add veggies. Cover. Cook at 220° for 6-8 hours, or 250° for 4-6. Do not cook over 280° internal temperature. Can cook frozen. Do not let dry out.
