| Ingredients |
- 4-5 lb bone-in chuck roast
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, cut in half
- 1 hand full carrots
| - 4 shakes basil
- Black pepper
- 1 (12oz) can Bud Lite

| How to prepare |

Pour beer over roast. Season roast and add veggies.
Cover. Cook at 220° for 6-8 hours, or 250° for 4-6.
Do not cook over 280° internal temperature.
Can cook frozen.
Do not let dry out.
